A staff of custom AI agents runs TRW Labs’ own operations: a chief of staff that delivers one morning brief, with agents for security monitoring, the inbox, social media, quality review, engineering, deadlines and renewals, and a watch on what other AI platforms can do. Each works within its own access limits and leaves an audit trail, and anything outward-facing (sending, posting, paying, deleting) waits for a person’s one-tap approval.

Technology leadership that verifies first.
Rob Wingfield is the founder and CEO of TRW Labs and the architect behind its systems. He directs the company's technology end to end, from model selection, inference, retrieval and memory to the web, desktop and blockchain platforms built on them. He brings more than 30 years in safety-critical aircraft systems and flight test, where nothing flies until it is verified, and service as a U.S. Air Force veteran.
